Refunds
When you get your files
The moment your payment clears. The page you land on after paying shows a download link without asking you to sign in, and a receipt with a download link of its own goes to the email address you paid with. If the email is slow, the link on the page is already there.
What counts as a download
The first time we actually send you the file. We record that against your order, and it is the line the policy below turns on. Opening the receipt, visiting your account or letting a link expire unused are not downloads.
The policy
- Before your first download: write to support and we refund the purchase in full.
- After your first download: the files are yours and sales are final, because a digital file cannot be returned. Two things we still refund in full: a technical fault we cannot fix for you, and a charge you should not have paid.
- Where consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply and this page does not limit them.
There is no refund button. Every refund is made by a person, so write to support with the order number from your purchase email. A refund ends access to that pack: the download links stop working and it leaves your account.
If a payment fails
Nothing is charged and no order is created. Whatever you had in your cart is still in it, so you can try again with another card.
If you are charged twice
Write to support with both order numbers. We refund the duplicate in full, whether or not anything was downloaded.
